How It Works

1 - Production (2 to 5 days): We will pack and ship your order as soon as possible. Custom products will be produced within 1-2 days after you place your order. During peak season, production time may be extended by 1-2 days. Thank you for your understanding.

2 - Shipping (7-14 Days or Faster): Want to get your item faster? Select the 'Expedited shipping' option after adding your product to the cart for the fastest shipping method we can provide. There are also different shipping options available at checkout.

Delivery

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.

After we begin to deliver your order, we will send you a Shipping Notification email, including the information of your Order ID and Tracking Shipping Number. You can check the status of your order online by logging into the Track My Order page with your Order ID and email.

Please Note: If you do not receive our order notification email, please check your spam box, or please contact us to provide the email address you used to place your order. If you have any other questions regarding shipping, please contact our Customer Service Representatives.

• International orders: It may take 2-5 days longer due to the customs clearance process.

Thank you for choosing our . We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order. Below are the guidelines for canceling orders:

1. Custom Products: Please contact us within 16 hours of placing your order through the chat box on our website or via email if you wish to cancel a custom product. If your product has not yet entered the customization process, we will be able to cancel the order for you. Once 16 hours have passed and the product has started being made, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
2. Other Products: For all other products, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an item has been shipped, we will initiate a return process instead of a cancellation.
