A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order needs authorization. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order. However, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing

It usually takes 2-5 business days for your order,while some items may take longer than expected.

In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs modifications, it may take a few days for our designer to make customization. Design time will depend on the complexity of the request.

Customers should be aware that, although we are always committed to ensuring that goods are delivered to their destination safely and on time as expected, the transportation process may be subject to a series of unforeseeable and uncontrollable objective factors, resulting in the actual delivery time of the goods exceeding expectations.

These objective factors include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, public health events, political factors, and industry-specific sudden incidents (such as strikes).

We will make every effort to take reasonable measures to minimize the impact on transportation, but we cannot assume full responsibility for this. We will communicate relevant information with customers in a timely manner and provide possible solutions.

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery? If the order is returned to us, once we have received it, we will refund 50% of your payment to you.

Addresses that require specific logistics to be delivered, you need to contact us at fifaytech@outlook.com when placing an order, otherwise we are not responsible for not receiving the package.

 

Note for taxes

 International buyers- What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country? Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
